Another example is M-Pesa. M-Pesa is indeed patented although it is not Kenyan as presumed. It is in fact British and patented in 2007 under Vodafone.

For example, if you have rented space and due to the pandemic you can’t pay for the space; instead of waiting to be served a demand notice for months of unpaid rent, reach out to the landlord for a different solution. Always have an agreement with your landlord on what will happen if you cannot perform and whether you can break your lease.
