Students injured as dormitory goes up in flames in Nakuru

Over the last few months, incidents of school burnings have been on the rise with the arson toll now at close to a hundred schools since the onset of these fires.


Students have been arrested and in some cases teacher have been taken into custody as well with the government not yet finding a lasting solution to this menace that has bedeviled our nation.

This evening, a popular girls high school from the County of Nakuru is said to be on fire under unclear circumstances.



PCEA Kambala Girls High School which is a top School in the county has been set on fire this evening with firefighters doing all they can to put it out.

According to the reports, 15 girls have been injured in the fire and have thus been rushed to the hospital for treatment.

PCEA Kambala Girls High School was in the news a month ago for students being unruly at the institution.

These incidents are proving to get out of hand as the Ministry of Education looks for a lasting solution.
