Six students arrested red handed right before they burned a dormitory

Incidents of school burnings have been on the rise in the country with the government unsure of what to do in order to mitigate this scourge that has bedeviled our country.

Many schools have been razed down and the government, through the Ministry of Education, has been left with little to go by in terms of the cause and the cure.

This morning, we have received reports of how six students were arrested yesterday night after they attempted to burn their school.

The six are said to have been hatching a plot to burn the popular boys high school that is located near the President’s residence in Nairobi.

The students, who are now in police custody, are looking at facing charges of arson attempt after the incident that has left other students shocked.

It’s unclear as to the motive of the students but investigations into why they wanted to do this have commenced.

The Ministry of Education, has urged school heads to release those students who feel they don’t want to be in school for this third term of 2021.
